MILK PUDIM

Ingredients:

03 eggs
01 Condensend Milk can
Twice the same can of milk
01 Cup of sugar

Preparing:

Leave the sugar out.
Put the other ingredients together in a blender, mix for some minutes.

Part II:

In a circle tray about 20cm diameter, put the sugar around it and on the gas leave the sugar getting melt.
The colour will start be golden.
When all the sugar be melted, cover with the mixed liquid from the blender. Cover with a lid

On the oven, put another tray with enough water to boil the covered circle tray.
Leave boiled for about 40 minutes.
Sometimes you have to replace the water to continue boilling.

About 40 minutes boilling, put in it a knife to check if the pudim is dry.
If it is, you can turn off the gas.

Leave in the tray till it gets cold. When it is totally cold, you take a plate and turn the tray up side down on that plate.
The sugar will cover the pudim with a golden sauce.

It is simply gorgeous !!!

** Try to find a tray similar to the picture, the pudim be more gorgeous maden in that.**


 

Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

Pastry:

300 ml of water
200 ml of milk
03 soup spoons of butter
01 vegetable stock cubes (Knorr or similar)
4 Glasses full of flour
Salt

Other Ingredients:

300 g of muzarella in cube (to fill the pastry).
Vegetable oil to fry
Milk and flour to leave crispy

PREPARING:

1) Leave the flour out for while. In a large pote, put the other ingredients to prepare the pastry.
    The other ingredients will become in a kind of sauce, because the margarine will be melting.

2) Leave to the low fire position and put all the flour together. Mix it to cook till become in a ball.

3) Put it in a surface greased with margarine and leave it to get cold.

4) Take the pastry, make small balls and make a small hole in it to fill it with muzzarela.
Close the hole and make a ball shape.

5) Take the balls and immerse them at first in the milk and after in the bread flour.

Fry them in hot oil. The oil has to be enough to cover the balls.
Put them on a plate covered with the kitchen paper to absorve the oil excess.

**Tip: If you can not find "bread flour" you can make it at home.
Toast the french bread and grated them**

Hello everybody,

I would like to introducing myself.
I am Élida, I am Brazilian from São Paulo.
And I have this idea to let you understand why Brazilian food are so famous around the world !
Brazil is a mix of different races and cultures. For that reason, our culinary is so rich !
Different meals, different tastes, colour etc.
We use so many herbs to prepare our food and for that reason, it is so different and delicious.
From now, I will introduce different receipts to be made everyday.
